‘Gawd Above’ by John Fullbright
My sister first introduced me to John Fullbright last summer, which really should have happened earlier seeing as I actually live in Oklahoma. This guy is one of the few country musicians I actively look up when feeling that vibe. Damn, Fullbright has talent.

‘Coalescence’ by Chris Christodoulou
This is the main theme for the final level of Risk of Rain, known by many as “that game where you can’t see the character because it’s too small.” That is an accurate depiction of the game, to be honest. Still, it had an amazing imagination, and a plot twist which throws the entire game into a completely new light.

‘Birdhouse in Your Soul’ by They Might Be Giants
I listened to this song all the time when I was a kid. It’s still one of the funniest songs I’ve ever listened to, and it’ll have you laughing along to the beat all the way.

A good song to stare up at the ceiling with and wonder what you’re doing with your life. Got rejected from my first choice college yesterday and though I feel pretty okay, it’s nice to accept that on some level things have gone to shit.

‘魔法の料理 ～君から君へ～’ by BUMP OF CHICKEN
When things got bad last year, I’d listen to Bump of Chicken’s 2005 album. The drive to and from school was just so long that I never made it to this song, and I always restarted the album in the morning, so I almost never listened to this song. This song doesn’t hurt like the others do from that experience.
